El Hotelito - Acapulco

The location was amazing, being close to the beach and restaurants made it very convenient for us to explore this beautiful city. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and we found the facilities to be well-maintained. the hotel offered parking and transportation services, made commuting very easy for us. We especially loved the delicious breakfast that was served every morning and the staff who were very friendly and helpful.

Plus, it is just a few steps away from the beach, making it perfect for beachgoers who want quick access to the shore. This boutique hotel exceeded our expectations! the rooms were more spacious than we imagined and had excellent amenities including comfortable beds and air conditioning. the clean and inviting pool was a great place to relax after a day of exploring the city, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants and shops. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea in the morning.

The rooms were a bit noisy at times with street noise and sounds from other guests. the lack of an elevator was a bit inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage up to the upper floors.

No elevator, pool area needs improvement. The hotel did not have an elevator, which was a bit inconvenient, especially when we had to carry our luggage up to our room.
